Ohio Butterflies and Backyard Butterfly Gardens

Wed., March 10—Sierra Club Program, “Ohio Butterflies and Backyard Butterfly Gardens” Dr. Jim Davidson developed his passion for Ohio’s nature and its conservation by developing ‘miniature nature systems’ on tracks of county land he purchased.  These now include Rhododendron Cove State Nature Preserve in Fairfield County and the State Butterfly Preserve on Sugar Creek in Delaware County.  Besides great photos and advice on butterfly gardens, Jim will discuss how he developed these preserves. At 7 pm at the Northwood-High Building, 2231 N. High St. Room 100.
