Many of us are experiencing changes that seem to be out of the ordinary. You are invited to an open discussion to share ideas about these changes and how to deal with them. The Center on High has been providing Holistic Health and Wellness services and education since 1998 and we are eager to exchange ideas on staying healthy in Body, Mind and Spirit in this evolving world. We are located at 3208 N.
