Simply Living's Organizational Information

Simply Living is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation headed by a Board of Trustees which is elected by a vote of the general membership. Board members' terms are two years; the Trustee offices of President, President Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected to one-year terms. The daily management of the organization and the newsletter (Simply News) are maintained by both volunteers and through contractual services.
